Payment
  • We require full payment to confirm your order.
  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
Lead Time
  • Cakes - 3 Days
  • Cookies - 2 Days
  • Fwied Chicken - 3 Days

Cut-off of orders: 6:00PM

Rush orders are possible depending on availability and with additional rush fee. Message us first in Instagram.

Others - SAME DAY orders are available if stated in website. Orders must be placed and paid before 2:00PM. Orders after 2:00PM will be processed the following day.

Follow order guidelines and pay asap for smoother ordering process.
Order delivery or pick up

Our location is "Baked by Claire" in Lalamove, Google Maps, and Waze.

(Block 5 Lot 23 Southgrove Estates, Cavite)

  • Order pick up is strictly between 9:00AM-3:00PM only.
  • Clients will book and pay Lalamove or Grab delivery.
  • Clients are free to self pick up their order.
  • We can assist on booking but with additional P150 for service fee.
  • Failure to pick up on booked date is subject to a storage fee of P200. Maximum of 1 day only.

*expect changes on visuals of the cake and cookie since we used natural ingredients on it.

*after 1 day of storage on us, Baked by Claire has the rights to properly dispose the order. no refunds will be given.

Designs

Dog cakes and cookies use natural ingredients. Designing is challenging since it'll depend on the natural component of it. Allow minor imperfection.

  • Dog cakes are pre-designed. You may only choose on color, dedication, and font changes.
  • Specific color shade won't be possible as we use natural ingredients. No artificial human food coloring will be used.
  • No changes or additions once order form is sent. ADMIN FEE OF Php300 WILL APPLY FOR CHANGES OR ADDITION (ex. change in color, font, & messages)
